Refund And Return Policy

All products will be delivered between 5-8 working days.

Refunds:

  • Average rate of fake return in India is around 10-20%
  • We are small organisation, Hence There will be no monetary refund,
  • We only offer Returns.
  • Customers are obliged to contact customer support by any mean of contact to understand our return & refund policy before ordering.

Returns:

  • All returns are done free of cost.
  • Only 1 time return will be accepted on an original order.
  • No returns will be accepted on gift card issued on any previous order return.

  • Please note: product sold under combo option will get exchange to the same item and color option only. do not insist to change with different design.

Product return conditions:

  • Please make video while opening parcel once received.
  • You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
  • No returns & refunds for international orders.
  • Products on sale are not applicable for RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND.
  • If you buy any discounted amount product then you have to return it back with the original order.

The process for a return:

  • Please request a return on our customer support Call or WhatsApp
  • You can also send us an email via contact us page.
  • On your request we will arrange the reverse pick up.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
  • Once your return is accepted we will provide you a gift card or credit note after deducting shipping charges on original order.
  • If you buy any discounted amount product then you have to return it back with the original order.
  • We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.

Failure of product pick-up:

  • We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.
